Called Valley Commercial Glass Incto help my company out with a business property repairWe had a full glass door that was broken and needed new glass installed and a window in which the glass was broken and needed new glass only [redacted] the owner of Valley Commercial Glass Incwas my only contact on this jobHe took the initial call and came right out to measure the glass needed to be replacedThe door glass was taken care of in a timely mannerThe window glass needed to be ordered and I was told it would take about a week to come inThe project we were working on was to take about a month to completeAfter about weeks after the order, I called *** and he said they were busy but the glass was inI told him I needed it done by the end of the weekHe told me it would be completedAt the end of the week, no window fixed, no callI call him back several times before he returns my callAt this point the entire project is completed except for this windowHe tells me the window will be fixed on Friday, which I relay to the property ownerMonday I call *** and he says the window has been fixedTuesday I get a call from the property owner saying the window hasn't been fixedI call *** after several days he calls back and I tell him its not doneHe is confused, and needs to check on thingsThree days later he calls back and says they made a mistakeI ask him when he could get there to do itHe says that the piece of glass ordered for my job was used for a different project of hisHe says he will order a new piece of glass which he can get in days, and that it should be in by noon on Friday, meaning worst case that install on MondayThinking *** understand my frustration and being the owner of a company, I thought he would call me on Friday let me know what the plan was, but he didn'tMonday I call him, no answerMonday afternoon call him, no answer, Tuesday morning call, no answer, Tuesday afternoon call, no answerOn this call I told him if he did not return my call by the end of the day Wednesday I would report him to the Revdex.com, which I am doing nowHe never called me backI own a business and if I screw up I go out of my way to make things right*** at Valley Commercial Glass Incdoes notI have been a contractor for years and this is the first time I have ever put a bad review online about another company*** and Valley Commercial Glass have been a major disappointment and I cannot imagine anyone wanting to use their services
