LG has known bootloop issues with their mobile phones, yet refuses to issue a recall for their defective phonesThey do not issue any support except repair they charge forAbsolutely terribleIssue a recall on your defective devices!!

I had Bluetooth headset that stop working under the yr warranty so I called LG to return and get new setWhen I return the set they were to send me a new set but instead they set me the same broken onesWhen I called again they asked me to resend but I did that and have not yet to receive my new set

Before I begin, Please note I work in ITI work in a Call CenterI completely sympathize with people in this position and the flak they can receiveThat being said For the past weeks, my LG GMobile Cell Phone has been with LG repairdays past warranty, and will not fix my phone without paying $I politely declined this service and asked my phone to be returnedThis was week When I called back requesting status, they had no knowledge of my phone being tagged for return as isI asked for information and they stated it will take 9-days to have my phone sent out to be shipped back to me9-days for them just to hand a package to [redacted] I asked what would happen if I paid for the serviceI got an answer I couldn't believedays to repair and immediate return of your phoneI asked for clarification and stated, so you hold my property hostage and when I pay, you return right awayNo thanks, Please return my phoneAnother week goes by, I call againExact same answer, and no record of them tagging my phoneThis is beginning week where I followed up with multiple emails to their Customer Service department with the same answer, your phone is out of warranty we cannot repairThey finally tagged my phone for shipment back and I received today I received my phone broken...message upon boot saying MINI OS LoadingThen Genesis miniOS I called again and spoke to techs and an escalation team and they all said they didn't touch itThey didn't do anything to this phone and nothing has been changedThey have never seen this message and that this is something that happened not by themBasically, they said I did itI spent minutes googling Genesis miniOS when auto pop finished with where I got the answerHold down power button and select boot normallyYou must hold power button while pressing minutes on google....countless hours with their Support and customer service to fix my own issue they caused and still have my original issue presentA simple speaker rattleThey said they did nothing, and yet I'm in the middle of restoring my data because they factory reset my phoneNever again will I purchase an LG productI called corporate and they put in a "request over seas with my case"As I said, I work in IT, I needed to say something to someone

My fiance bought me a TV prior to his departure a little over a year ago, and the screen has already gone out on itI have googled the issue and apparently that is a common problem in LG televisionsWhen I contacted LG they told me it was my issue due to it being just over the year mark and all expenses would be on meI understand that the warranty is up but on a brand new barely over a year old 50' TV the screen should not go out, and LG should stand by the product and either send someone to come fix it or send another TVI called customer service to see how to resolve the issue and they told me there is nothing they will do

Purchased an LG refrigerator for *** in March of this year and the handles broke within one week and here we are months later and the unit doesn't freeze at all
I contacted LG about a warranty repair, They scheduled a repair for me the next day, Well first thing that morning, the repair tech called and rescheduledSo, I'm without a fridge until I don't even know when because they can't give me a date eitherBUYER BEWAREHere's the real kicker, Called *** for assistance and the manager "***" told me that there's nothing he can do, it's between me and LG

I purchased an LGphone April and started having issues with it cycling on an off since September of I paid for this phone and it will not be paid for until April It has gone under inspection and found that it is a mother board issue from what I gather Not my fault! I have not dropped my phone, got it wet or abused it This product is junk! Maybe it should be considered a recall just like the LGphone series, but that would cost them money Now, I have to pay to have this issue fixed dollar phones should last more than months in my opinion

This is the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal withpurposelessly put off, delay after delay, just so they don't have to meet their obligations!!! will never ever buy anything from them again, will be sure to tell every firefighter I know and work with!! This very large corporation in my experience of three tv;s over the past years and now dealing with there customer service deserve out of stars RUN from buying there stuff anything you get will come with no warranty and they will make you jump through hoops to challenge there policies and to get warranty repairs that are clearly a consumer right

I purchased stackable LG Washer and Dryer units in August On spin cycles, the washing machine vibrated so much that I thought the drum inside was going to come crashing through the washer door LG tech told me that I didn't load the machine properly The washing machine also continually leaked The LG tech told me that I put in too much detergent I called a third time and I was informed that even though my machine was under warranty that I had to remove the stackable dryer myself before an LG tech would come and service the machine When speaking with a supervisor, I was informed that I made a choice to buy stackables and therefore I should have read page of the warranty explaining this policy I was willing to pay for a second tech to come out and help with the dryer removal since I have no idea on how to remove and then reinstall the dryer after they fixed their defective machine No dice - was told they didn't want their techs to get hurt

I bought a inch tv and the monitor broke after a few monthsNow they are telling me it will cost dollars to fix the monitorIt also costs around dollars to buy a new oneSo basically I am now forced to throw out a brand new inch 4K UHD TV and LG does not give a hoot to help me out despite numerous attempts to reason with them

I had to send my phone into LG to have it fixed due to a defect in the phoneI mailed it on Sept they got it on Sept today is the 30th of Sept and they still have itI have asked about it numerous timesevery time they say someone will contact me with information within hours and I have yet to hear from anyoneI am now going on my second phone bill cycle without a phone which they originally told me 7-days until I would get it backSo not only have I not had a phone for a month, no one will help me with any problems with LG or my phone carrier (sprint) but now I am out going on the second month bill starting tomorrowaccording to LG they have no idea when I will get my phone back all they know is its in repairI think that I am beyond disgusted and if I dont hear from them by tomorrow which will be six days from the last day they said someone will contact me in hrsI am going to file a claim, cell phones are not cheap and this one only worked for months before it was completely broken it is a LGGstay clear, I hear they are all getting stuck ina boot loop and have to be sent in, Gas well, as far as I am hearing

I previously owned a LG Washer and Dryer They stopped working and they didn't want to make things right Consequently, I had to dump/trash the units I also have LG Cell Phones that don't work properly I sent them in for repair, and they were sent back WITHOUT being repaired I was WITHOUT my cell for weeks and couldn't be without it any longer I lost business!!! I contacted LG in many different forms and no one would just send me even a refurbished phone 1st, then I could send a phone back in the same box So they could repair it at their liesure (or NOT as the case ma be)
As this is how LG Electronics has decided to treat their customers, I have decided to not be one in the future I will also discuss this with the media and let others know about my experience via my blog, social media accounts, and file claims with various government agencies

It has been more than a month that I've been trying to fix my LG refrigerator( LXFSXXXXXS) which I got only month agoIt is $I made total repair appointments and the service man came time, yet still not workingOn top of it, I was stood up whole day on my second appointment and appointment time kept pushed many times even though it is a urgent matter due to summer food safety issueI was stood up whole day without getting any notice on my third appointmentMeanwhile, all my $1,worth of food went rotten spoiled in freezer and refrigerator even after all my effortsMy patience is wearing thin and I demand a permanent solution from you as soon as possibleI believe my loss should be addressedBelow is the list of my detailed appointment time and repaired parts
The man came to my home on 08/03/and said the part was recalled and then he went away without anything to fix itThen they replaced the part on 08/11/
But since then the refrigerator isn't cooling at allSo I request them to fix it immediately.But they just gave me an appointment schedule on Friday 08/14/15.But they didn't come to my home on that day.The man came to my home to fix it on Monday 08/17/but he coudn't fix itBut they just came to my home on Monday 08/24/and they just said they need to replace other part again

LG dryer model DLEX3570W.ABWEEUS ripped up my clothingOriginally when I called to advise LG about this issue they mentioned that I had loaded my dryer incorrectly causing it to rip my clothes and I would need to pay for a repair to fix the dryerAfter several calls I finally got a representative that admitted that LG has had many problems with this model ripping clothing and they sent an LG repairman to fix it and he said that customers have encountered this problem ever since thisLG has refused to compensate me for my damaged clothes even though I have provided pictures, receipts, LG repairman's inspection report and all other required documents in the claim requestIn my opinion LG is scamming their customers
