Good Morning The citation was issued on 06/18/at 11:40am at the *** *** *** ** on the campus of University ** *** ***. *** *** received two notices from the University before it was turned over to collections. (Please see attached) Once the
citation was turned over to collections there was a debt validation notice sent on 10/11/with no response. On 12/15/a 2nd notice from Citation Collection Services was sent. It's very possible when *** *** called our office she received a voicemail due to being closed for the holidays. She can contact our office between the hours of 9am and 7pm EST. According to our records there were two outstanding parking violations owed to *** ***. One issued on 08/06/citation # *** that was paid. Another one was issued on 08/20/citation # *** a balance of $that hasn't been paid.
