Before [redacted] bought this home I did in fact install a new roofThere was an issue with the chimney having a leak and the [redacted] contacted me about it I have came out removed the shingles from around the chimney and the valley completelyI re-roofed that entire area while they were home and they watched everything that I didAfter re-roofing we water tested the entire area for about 2- 1/hrsFrom that time until [redacted] called, I had not been contacted again about the leak issue and that was a couple of yrs or more, maybe (3)? I am open to resolving this issueHowever, my coming out and re-doing this roof section will be (1) time onlyHe can watch everything I do step by step and see all will be done by the book with the best materials [redacted] can reach me on my cell [redacted] We can get a time to meet and I will measure the area for materials neededI will also look over this area for snow & ice removal damage to the roofing systemAs long as the area is not damaged with ax & hammer claw punctures we can resolve this Once again, [redacted] must be willing to agree to this being (1) timeThere will be no short cuts on my endThis repair will be to the very best of my ability in every way I apologize for my response time as I just lost track of time from the volume of repairs I'm doing Sincerely, Robert [redacted] K [redacted] Valley County Roofing

they watched everything that I did. After re-roofing we water tested the entire area for about 2- 2 1/2 hrs. From that time until [redacted] called, I had not been contacted again about the leak issue and that was a couple of yrs or more, maybe (3)?
I am open to resolving this issue. However, my coming out and re-doing this roof section will be (1) time only. He can watch  everything I do step by step and see all will be done by the book with the best materials.  [redacted] can reach me on my cell [redacted]. We can get a time to meet and I will measure the area for materials needed. I will also look over this area for snow & ice removal damage to the roofing system. As long as the area is not damaged with ax & hammer claw punctures we can resolve this.
Once again, [redacted] must be willing to agree to this being (1) time. There will be no short cuts on my end. This repair will be to the very best of my ability in every way.
