Good Morning,With all due respect I went out of may way to help Mr.***He claimed that he was not informed of the boudaries, attach is the copy of the agreement he singed and you can see that his signatures. The reason we had to tow him that he was at least miles away from our jurisdiction and in order to help him I had to hire a towing service on the river which would have cost him at least $to $if not more and instead I send my off duty employee to bring him back and as per law we can not refuel water craft while they are in the water,we have to pull it out.I did him another favor by not charging him late fee which by contract is $per minute and he was late at least hours.Anyway you look at it ,we helped Mr*** more then he can imagine just keep the good leattion ship and reputaion ,you can check your self by calling other company's in the business in this area how much would it cost him while he was stranded in the Needles California about miles away from the designated territory.Hope all this info will help you to see that we were fair and more then just to charge him what we charged without taking advantage of the situation.Sincerely,Najib N***

Mr*** *** rented two of our newest editions, our Yamaha VX110's on Tuesday, June 23rd, He rented the skis for $total around A.M.Our company gives an orientation and thoroughly explains how to avoid all damages at all costs before permitting one of our consumers out on the
waterThe jet skis were inspected before dropping them off on the water with Mr***, and he had signed the sheet after the inspection indicating that he had acknowledged that the impeller blades were brand newUpon return of the ski, another inspection was done and two impeller blades were damagedAfter showing Mr*** the blades, he agreed that they were damaged and tried asking what the cost to repair the blades wereHe believed it would only cost $30-$a pieceAccording to the contract/waiver each impeller costs $300+tax+labor, however because the blades were repairable and not completely gone, we tried negotiating with Mr***He was informed that the blades would be sent to Las Vegas to be repaired because the watercraft would not be able to function with such damagesHe tried exclaiming that since the impeller wasn't completely gone, it would still function at it's capacity, which is not trueThat will take hours off of the engine and cause the ski to slow down and maybe even blow up the engineMr*** did not want to negotiate and left the store

Dear Sir /Madam, In regard to complaint #*** need little more information to locate the contract of the rental resolve the issue.
As soon as I have the following info ,I will respond to the issue A.S.A.P. 1)Exact date of the purchase(because there are different dates on the complaint,it says 8/in the beginning of the complaint then 9/in the complaint back ground section . 2) Rental was paid cash or withe credit or Debit card(need last digit of the card was used) 3) Location of the rent? Fastrip gas station , service place OR Davis camp. Sincerely,Ishtiaq M***

Before putting our customers out on the water, we make sure they understand how to properly operate the watercraftMr*** was permitted to take his own photos and videos and ask questions during the inspectionWe video recorded all aspects of the watercraft and will be sending you the documents in a separate file as they are too large to attach in just one fileI will also attach Mr***'s waiver/contract in which he has agreed to be held fully responsible for the rentals while under his possession and has agreed to pay for all damages that may occurAs for Mr*** statement regarding our impellers condition and comparing it to our jet skis condition, the jet ski doesn't have to be brand new to contain a new impeller bladeWe replace our blades as soon as they are damaged because it puts too much stress on the engine, and may cause it to blow upNew impeller blades can cost anywhere from $100-$depending on the brand and where you buy it fromHowever when we were settling this with you, we took the jet ski downtime and the labor into accountNo one works for freeWe had to replace the blades, and we had to pay for the repairs. Thank you, *** ***

It is a company policy to record every inch of the ski before released into the water and after they are returnedThe skis are not repaired with shoe polish or any water soluble paint but rather sent to a mechanic who uses fiberglass, which is a rigorous process that requires time and laborAs the
recording had shown, the damage was not there beforeCustomers are always welcome to record and take their own photos as well
