We have had to file a small claims against this debtor for non payment of accountsThis account and the order to which the collector wanted to discuss is public informationHer calls were not being answered from the HR department and the person answering the phone was told it was in regards to a garnishment the lady said that she could take a message***'s account is not current on his collections, and has been nothing but the most vulgar consumerFrom here on out I will be handling his accounts

In response to complaint [redacted] Mrs [redacted] did make a payment plan, but the payments did stop after payments were madeWe sent her a letter advising her of this, and received no response backWe did send the initial validation letter on and no response to that eitherWe have to follow the FDCPA and that state that we must send out letters without a company logo, or our nameThis is for their privacyI do understand that it looks like possible junk mail and it doesn't get openedWe realize this and have attempted to contact them by phone timesAgain the FDCPA does not allow us to leave a message unless we are certain it is their numberWithout a voice mail that states there name we cant leave a messageThis account is now paid in full, and have sent her a letter advising the account has been taken care of

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the business claims they had sent a notice to my home addressMilwaukie court clerk had told me the debt had been submitted to collections, but not the name of the collection agencyI do not recall ever receiving a collections letter from Valley Credit, and ask that they provide proof that a letter was sent during that time (mail carriers do deliver to the wrong unit quite often in our condo complex)And no further attempts made to collect since 10/2014? The least persistent collections agency I've ever heard ofI would like the interest waived due to lack of attempt to collectI feel there are reasonable grounds for this.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have located the file, and I see this is the correct consumer however she has requested a cease and desist, therefore there is no way for me to contact her to try to resolve this matter If she wishes to speak to me then I can help try to resolve the matter
