Valley Delivery Reviews (%countItem)

I received "Sorry we missed you..." slip on my door from the company. I attempted to call the number and no one answered. I decided to google them and found out that this is a scam. There are multiple news articles about this company being a scam and one report even states have been "hounding him to the point of violence."

Unfortunate that I have to give them any stars. I have a yard camera and doorbell camera that captured a guy on foot, carrying nothing. He proceeds to leave a slip on my door saying he’s sorry he missed me — odd since he didn’t ring the doorbell or knock. Googled the company and confirmed that they try to get you to call in and give them all your personal information.

The company presents itself as a delivery service company (like FedEx or UPS), but is really phishing for your personal information to sell to people. Even their website offers services for local deliveries, but on the other end they were trying to confirm my personal information. It is fraudulent and unethical. It needs shut down.

Phish for personal information. Deceptive practice. Trying to sell home security or cox hookups but actually they are looking to get even more information out of you.

They drop off a Sorry We missed you and it has my last name and first name and a phone to call. The phone number is *** and no email to address on the sorry we missed you. When you call they are not delivery company and they just want to sell you stuff so it's a big scam.

There was a "Sorry We Missed You" note on our door with a number to call. The bottom of the note listed Valley Delivery, the phone number to call, or (602) 281-***, and a confirmation ID to provide. The first concern we had was that the confirmation number included a very personal number sequence (part of a SSN). My wife called and noticed right away that they did not identify their company when answering the phone. She demanded to know who they were or what company they were, but they refused. They insisted that she give them the confirmation ID. I Googled the phone number and found a number of similar incidences. It sounds like a telemarketing scam by way of door-to-door delivery.

Received a Sorry We Missed You notice from Valley Delivery this morning.
We just moved in the area. We are expecting deliveries and thought this was a legitimate delivery service. I called and the guy immediately tried to sell us a security system service. Unfortunately, he stated there was a $100 restaurant welcome to the neighborhood coupon waiting for us and since we missed the delivery, he could email the package to us. I gave him our email and shouldn't have. Again, I thought this was a legit company!
After the movers left, I sat down and Googled this company only to find out it is a scam to sell your email/phone number to other companies.
I will not be answering the door for anymore scammers.
With this many complaints listed out there, these people should be shut down!!!!

We received a package delivery "sorry we missed you" slip and checked the company online, where all marketing information online states it is a local delivery service. When we called to coordinate the delivery of a package, we were notified it was a "welcome to the neighborhood" gift and they were wanting to schedule times to have local services come out for installation as we were granted up to $1500 for free service/installation. This is not a package delivery service, it is a marketing company that has scammed for information that now could possibly risk our safety when we have recently moved into a new home. This is unethical business practice and this "business" needs to be shut down.

I keep receiving misleading marketing info on my front door as if I’ve missed a package when really they just wanted my personal info.

This is not a delivery company, they are a marketing company. As soon as you call and give the 'confirmation id', they have your phone number (which they will read back in case the call is dropped). Next they state that the $100 restaurant voucher they wanted to deliver could take weeks, but they'll get it to you right away if you give them your email address (thank goodness I didn't). I ended up calling back to opt out of their marketing, but with a deceptive company like this, who knows if they actually will. I've since reported them to the Arizona Attorney General's Office and to the FTC and suggest others to do the same!

This company is a scam. They will leave a fake delivery notice, and when you call about your delivery that wasn't able to be delivered, they then send your information to telemarketers who call you 10+ times a day selling a bunch of crap products. Highly unethical company. They don't even answer your call when you call in, but since you called they then assume the right to sell your information.
