Went for wisdom teeth extraction they torcutured me I didn't recive adequate care or follow up informationI wasn't fully numb or Checked to see if I was fully numbed ,I felt this doctor and nurse chip away at my teeth and roots and when I inquired I was still feeling pain he didn't make sure I was comfortable ,he still continued to chip away and the nurse restrained me by holding my face which in turned left bruises on my jaw line I will be filing a compliant

letter to the collection agency to stop the process of sending her into collections. I have spoken to the insurance company and they are not going to pay this bill because it is over 2 years old. Unfortunately at the times when she says she called, I was not in the office.Upon my investigation and speaking to the insurance company, we will dismiss this case from the collection agency as I have already done. Review: Valley dental requested that I have sealants done on my son and I ask them how much it cost and I was told in front of a witness that was with me and they stated it was free and covered by my insurance. But I received a statement stating he wasn't covered at all and now they are trying to make me pay for this service. I contacted my dental insurance who b t the way is rated A+ on Revdex.com website and said they should have known because of his age. It was something not required and told me it was "free" and had me initial the paper Also, I make appointments for regular cleanings and they provide deep cleaning charging you more monies. They are dishonest and not fully educated. I know I paid as servicew were rendered and received billing without any details of what I am paying for. I paid almost $400 and only got back molars deep cleaned very disappointed.Desired Settlement: Explanation of charges (detailed with dates and person whom services were provided for my children) provided in 10 days

Reverse charges for Sealants for my older son

Reverse collections for billing for outside agency and I will be filing complaint with Va Board of Dentistry

Review: I had dental work done by Dr. [redacted]. He made two partial dentures for me. I did not know that there was more than one kind. He did not give me a choice or explain this to me. He is supposed to accept what our insurance pays for each service and I pay the co-pay. However, he charges his price- not the insurance allowance and I ended up paying the difference. This was about $400 extra. The dentures have never fit right and are destroying my gums. He told me at the beginning to come back as many times as necessary and he would "make them right" and this was included in the original price. He also did a deep cleaning for my husband. My husband paid the full price for the three cleaning up front. When he went back for the third and final cleaning, they told him he owed more money. My husband did not get the cleaning but walked out and will not ever go back there. I ended up paying more than $1200 for two dentures, one of which I cannot wear. I used a medical credit card to pay expecting to have no interest charged for 12 months as I was told. I got my first bill and it was for 6 months. I was told the dentist had to change it to 12 months. I asked the dentist 3 times to change it and he never did. I ended up paying it off early. My husband and I have decided not to go back to him as he has been so dishonest and overcharging. However, I received a BILL in the mail showing that I had a balance of $56 that was more than 90 days past due. I have never gotten a bill from them since my last visit in November, 2012. I do NOT owe him anything and I am furious. I got a letter from his new office manager saying I do, in fact, owe this amount and am expected to pay. I am reporting him to our insurance company for fraudulent billing practices and feel that people should be warned.Desired Settlement: Account marked paid in full as I do not owe this dentist anything.
