We did pick up our propane tank from Mr [redacted] residence on Route 27B.I'm not going to respond to most of what Mr [redacted] wrote, just give the background on this accountMr [redacted] paid off his last propane delivery made on 2/20/on 10/23/We charged Mr [redacted] a minimum usage/rental fee on 12/30/and sent him a copy of the bill and statement the 1st week in January 2016.We sent him a past due notice for the rental fee the first week in February 2016.We sent another past due notice the first week in March and picked our tank up 3/16/16, having not heard anything from or received payment from Mr[redacted] In addition to sending past due notices and statements, we try to make phone contact with our customers in regard to past due balances Warmly Michael [redacted] - GM [redacted]
