All complaints Mr. [redacted] had have been resolved at no cost to him.

There was a delay in funding beyond our control. When Santander finally funded the vehicle for Ms [redacted], she decided she did not want to keep the vehicle. We took the car back and issued a full refund to her.  We also returned her trade and had a title processed and sent to her. Unfortunately...

Mr. [redacted] never updated his address with Motor Vehicle and the title was sent to their old address. Santander provided a notice with the amount we had to pay to completely unwind the deal. We promptly did so.  Our General Manager spoke to [redacted] and reviewed each item.  I am enclosing a copy of the documents provided to her. We did everything requested of us.  The loan appearing on the credit bureau needs to be removed by Santander.  Ms [redacted] stated she would let Revdex.com know this has been handled.
