I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Myself, *** ***, manager at Valley Fuel Get And Go 1*** S*** StVisalia, CA ***. I have received your letter in regards to the complaint ID # ***. I apologize for the delay due to a vehicle injury I was not in my
office for over a week. Unfortunately, I was not aware of any incident mentioned in the letter, which I apologize for. After reading this letter from you I did some research for 08/26/incident. And I found out that the temperature control on the fryer was not working right so had to be replaced, which my employee got take care of the very same day. So due to the technical issue it is very much possible that food was not cooked at hot enough temperature. Again I apologize for the issue and it is well taken care of. Please advice me if there is anything else I could do to satisfy the customer. Thank you for informing me about the whole situation and again I apologize for it Thank You, *** ***
