Review: Hello I purchased a grey sofa sofa from valley furniture in stockton ca. After I received my furniture 3 months later my sofa seems started coming apart I got in contact with manager [redacted] she was very rude didn't wanna work with me at all on fixing the issue so after calling and basically begging she contacted the company and got me a replacement for both sofas.I was without sofas for almost 3 weeks after the new ones came in I seen the same problem of the seems coming apart and showed her delivery driver right away he said he didn't understand so I sent her pictures via email that same day. Shes claiming i'm some how making the seems come out myself and she will not do anything about my defective furniture and says to take her to court.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and not go through the hassle of court
