My name is ***, I am the owner and the person whom dealt with this customerI believe he is trying to give me bad reviews on purposeThe reason being is because he is accusing me of damaging his vehicleIt has a dent on the side of it which he says I did with my tools, he also has cameras inside of his garage, when I asked him to review that dates recording, he refusedOn the subject of not taking care of his opener, I have been there times1st time he had broken springs which I replaced2nd time his opener malfunctioned and was not fixable, so I scheduled him for a new motor and came out next day to replace it with a new one3rd time I went out to his home he said the remotes did not work, so I went there and tried them out and everything was finehe called me again about the remotes the 4th time I went out, so I replaced the remotes with new ones5th time he called me out, and said the new motor was badso I tested it and it wasn't, but I agreed to replace the motor anyways and scheduled it the next dayon that day he accused me of damaging his carI told him it wasn't me and asked him to look up the video tapes, he refusedI came out anyways next day to replace his motor (on that day I asked him if he believes me when I said It wasn't me that damaged his car), he said don't worry about it its been taken care ofnext day he left me a bad [redacted] review accusing me of damaging his carat that point I knew he was making everything upas of him saying he texted me on those days, I have my text messages to show that he is lyingI do not know what else to do about this situationI am also looking to hiring legal help if he pursuesI have always taken care of my costumers and have lots of reviews to prove itThank you for your time

I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in my previous complaint, I've attempted to contact Valley Garage Doors (***) to honor a warranted garage door motor a total of times via text message with no response before contacting the Revdex.comAs *** stated in his rebuttal, this "new" motor was installed by Valley Garage Doors with a warrantyHe also stated in his rebuttal, that he came back to my home to replace the "new" motor-thus leading proof that there is a warrantyI've only attempted to contact Valley Garage Doors (***) to have this warranted motor repaired/replaced per the warrantyI've took the initiative to impart some spiritual encouragement to ***, especially after knowing he lost such as close loved one in deathThus, I'm disappointed that *** is displaying this type of unprofessional attitudeSince *** (Valley Garage Doors) has thus refused to honor the warranty work by not contacting me or come back to repair the issue, I request a pro-rated refund of the garage door motor-(please see receipt previously attached)Thus, I contacted the Revdex.com to reach out for assistance to have *** (1) provide any response, (2) have Revdex.com to assist in getting my warranted work honored, or refundedTherefore, this is a wonderful platform to hold businesses accountable, that would otherwise ignore customers/consumers like myselfMoving forward from this, I will work hard to ensure that I contact businesses that will honor its warrantied work

I do not know what else to do about this situation. I am also looking to hiring legal help if he pursues. I have always taken care of my costumers and have lots of reviews to prove it.
