This email is in response to the complaint filed by V*** *** on September 29, 2016. We have since been in contact with Vanessa and have resolved the issue. As part of our month contact, we come back for free reservices if the issue is not completely resolved after the regular
serviceIf there is no improvement after three reservices, we would cancel a contract without charging a cancellation feeVanessa wished to cancel without paying the $to cancel after only receiving one reservice. We tailor the service to each customer's needsSo many things, such as weather, terrain and surroundings affect pest activity and it is often not a one-time fixOur month contract guarantees that the customer will get the services and attention needed. The cancellation fee is the difference of the discounted initial service priceWe gave her a $discount when she signed up for months of services. Vanessa agreed to have us come back for two more reservices on October 10th and 12thWe have also assigned a permanent technician to her account so that any specific areas and notes will be familiar to him. Vanessa's next bimonthly appointment will be in early December. J*** ***General Manager
