payments of $beginning on 4/29/16.They, in fact, where left with a copies of the contractThe third party finance company called andverified that factThey also verified the terms of the agreement with the consumer before they fundedour companylf the customer doesn't have copies of the paperwork or doesn't agree with the terms,the finance company will not fund the contract until the matter is taken care offI have enclosed thecontract that *** *** and*** *** both signed at the time f the sale that clearly covers thetermsIt clearly covers the cancelation policy as wellIt has been months since the purchaseWe donot accept use equipmentHowever, if Ms*** or Mr*** need assistance with the machines orfilter replacement, we are glad to help

Concern, We have already picked up Mrs***’s Defender air cleanerThere is a three-day cancellation period and as she stated she came in ten days after the date of purchaseThe contract is very clear and we left four copies of the cancelation policyThe “business days” she is reading is the clause that says if she did cancel within the three days, we have days to return any negotiable instruments associated with the saleShe unfortunately didn’t read or comprehend our cancelation policyWe tried to explain this to herAs for the price discrepancy, again, the price is clearly written on the contract that she signedWe also left two copies of the contract as wellWe can still not determine why she we think an $machine was only $And to speak of her assertion that we are a scam, we have 50,happy active customers in Washington State aloneWe have 40,000,worldwide customersAny complaints or concerns, if legitimate, are taken care of promptly and professionallyEven though Mrs*** clearly didn’t follow instruction, we still allowed her to cancel her contract and return the machines in the spirit of good business practicesBest Regards Shane S*** General Manager

we have reviewed the account and the patient's account was sent to collections correctly.  We can not remove this account from collections as the patient does owe the...

amount as of     07/28/2016 $1700.00  I talk to the collection agent and they are trying to work with the patient. At this time the patient will need to work with them on this issue.

Concern,                    Mr. [redacted] purchase a Class II medical device called the Defender on 3/8/2017. We offer a three-day cancelation policy on all our purchases. Mr. [redacted] called us on 3/21/2017 and was informed of our cancelation policy. Mr. [redacted] was called 5 days after his purchase by our customer care team to confirm the terms of the contract he speaks of in his complaint. He is paying 17.99% APR with no pre-pay penalty. I have included a link that discusses our most recent unsolicited test involving high risk medical patients. The Defender cannot cause “breathing discomfort”.
