NO instead he refused very sternly and insulted meAll I wanted was what he had lead me to believe was included in the price of the carAnd he hard-heartedly said he was "NOT changing the contract that he NEVER actually said in words that these were included" When I signed the papers, I thought I was acknowledging that these items GAP insurance, car's Warranty and the Karr Alarm were part of the car pkgHe NEVER said this is NOT INCLUDED, or that monthly payment(s) we showed you included the cost of these extras OR it will LOWER the monthly payments that were shown to me if removed or declined? These items were ALWAYS included in the MONTHLY PAYMENTThey showed me the price of the car $19,and under it was the monthly payments depending on termI was looking at months (wasn't given copy of this paper) then in financing office that amount is in my head UNAWARE that they have WITHOUT my KNOWLEDGE or CONSENT already added the optional items to the price of the car, but misguided me to assume they were included in the base price of $19,with monthly payment of about $ I was asked about my insuranceI only had PL/PD, so he got an insurance rep over to get me insurance on the new car and they even paid for the first daysI thought how nice of them that was before I looked over everything (once I got home) and saw that they had really put it to meThey took advantage of me! They ran my credit report and saw I have good creditBut was unable to get financed per denial notifications I receivedThe first was on July 07, by e-mail from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) telling me they cannot grant me financingI even tried to return the car to Valley Hi NissanThat was when I was told they got me financing, from NMACThen I get another letter by mail dated July 17, from Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation Credit Relations Department they regret that they are unable to grant me credit, but I already have an account with them, so I call the number to talk to someone after trying for several days only to get a recording I gave up and called NMAC and I get Ashely on the phone, I tell her my situation and she confirms I have an account I asked why would I get this denial letter it was then at Ashely told me that the dealers sometimes push for financing for some reason she isn't sure if or why that was done in my caseI believe that is exactly what happenedThere is no other reason seeing as the company denied me times for the following reasons: INSUFFICIENT auto trade and installment trade experience, INSUFFANT income as related to debt, serious DELINQUENCY and COLLECTIONS filed, so what changed? Nothing, not my income that I was NEVER asked to verify I believe someone at Valley Hi Nissan persuaded someone at Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation to approve financing for meSo to keep my Sentra S valued at $over book per Karfax and already soldThey kept $from $I was to get for trade infor cost to get my car resalableWhat happen to as is? I told both the sale man and the sales manager that I DID NOT want to use my car as trade in, that my car is worth more than $and I DIDN'T want to trade it, then the sales manager told me in a uncompromising voice "I HAD TO, to secure the loan"I was already putting $downWhy did they put me in a car they know I can't afford? The Karr alarm $was removed on July 17, 2015, but has yet to be credited to my accountI was not allowed to cancel Thief Code year replacementI signed the cancelation forms at the dealership canceling Partners Alliance $and Century Service $neither has been credited to my accountI can't find any dollar amount for High Desert Protection pkg., shouldn't it be listed in the pre-contract disclosure under optional surface protection product(s)? Is that why the price of the car went from $19,to $23,236? $dollars more for the High Desert Protective Pkg? I would like $11,plus interest credited to my NMAC account, I came to this amount from the following: $Karr alarm, $GAP insurance, $2,Partners Alliance, $3,difference in price that I can't find reason for, plus $1,that was deducted from trade in value that wasn't needed to prep car and the $1,over book value (after all I kept the car in excellent condition), I also fell I should get $returned from the tax on over charged amount and the interest on the overcharged amount that will be calculated later
