I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting this response because:My statement is not unfounded and engaged in a home seeking and buying opportunity with [redacted] over several months this part is true. Though I have never met [redacted] personally (only spoke on the phone), he was invited to an event in San Francisco where my Chihuahua had the honor to be the [redacted] of San Francisco for a day after giving a large donation to ACC, so was about 10,000 other people invited. He was invited as a kind gesture, with no expectation that he would come to the city.As for our conversation after pulling out of the deal on 629 C. Street, I explained that I would hold off to the end of the year to look at other homes because the loan officer I was working with thought it would be great to have two full years on income tax returns that may help me get a larger home loan. I explained this to [redacted] on or around 7/17/2014. On November 18th  received a call from [redacted] office asking if I needed assistance looking for a home, this was a hectic day because this was the day of the event at City Hall in San Francisco with my [redacted] as the [redacted]. Google SF [redacted] and you will see my [redacted] as the [redacted] if you think this is a made up story. I said it was not a good time to discuss real estate. As for this accusation of sexually harassing a female real estate agent is completely false and unfounded. In fact this the first I heard about this is when [redacted] public wrote a rebuttal to a review (see attached) on [redacted] where you will see my review was professional and his was extremely defamatory and false allegations were made. I am a gay man with a partner of ten years and have no interest in females. As you can see in his response he is now extended his defamatory allegations of multiple personality disorder, I would like to know where [redacted] got his PHD to diagnose a person for psychological disorders.   As for expecting reimbursement for expenses and time wasted going back and forth up north, many times to see one home is still expected. In addition I would ask for more money as he has placed public comment on a public website that is serious and untrue. Please see attached. The first time I heard [redacted] fired me as a client was on the [redacted] website in his rebuttal, which came as a surprise to me, because I was never made aware of any concerns of sexual harassment or being fired as a client until he posted his rebuttal on [redacted].I entertain the ideal of [redacted] getting legal council and discussing this matter further. I simply was looking for a house to buy up north and thought I was dealing with a reputable real estate person.

The customer's statement is false and unfounded. A buyer does not get compensated for looking at homes. [redacted] asked me to represent him for 3 transactions. 1)[redacted]. The offer was emailed...

to [redacted] for electronic signature on 07/09/14, but was never signed & returned. 2)[redacted]. An offer was written & signed electronically on 07/16/14, he wrote a deposit check made out to "escrow company" (ck#[redacted], 07/17/2014, Acct #[redacted]image available*) and sent me a copy by email. The offer was submitted and rejected by the seller. 3)[redacted]. I wrote an offer for [redacted] on 07/17/14, the offer was countered, [redacted] decided to look at the home one more time, he decided to cancel the offer and not accept the counter offer from the seller. A female agent from our company showed [redacted] the homes in Marysville and on the last meeting, she requested that she no longer wanted to show [redacted] any other homes. She mentioned she felt he sexually harassed her verbally. That was the last contact we had from [redacted] until 11/14/14. [redacted] emailed me and said he was still looking for a home and even invited me to his home town to meet him. It is unknown why he has put in a complaint for transactions that took place over 5 months ago. I believe he has a multiple personality disorder and I have asked him not to contact our office any more, as we no longer want to represent him. I am seeking advice from legal council as [redacted] has continued to harass me and wrote many defalcation of character reviews. [redacted] is not due any monies as requested.

The facts still remain.Oh, July 15, 2014 I sent you a list of homes by email (that you responded to and I have a copy of) that included 2 homes you wrote offers on in Marysville. How did I waste your time, when offers were written on the homes you saw? When you came back to the Marysville area on July 22, 2014, you took a second look at the home on C street and decided to not accept the sellers counter offer after your inspection. If you were so unhappy with our services during this time, why did you continue to write offers through our company?

Review: I first started working with [redacted] several months ago in hopes of finding a new home. I met with one of his real estate people in Clearlake with interest in a property. I drove up to Clearlake to take a look at the property only to be baited and switched into trying to buy another home that I did not go up there to see. I drove almost 2 hours to go see the house. I did further research and found that the area in Clearlake is not exactly where I wanted to move and decided to start looking in the Sacramento area for a house, still using [redacted] as a real estate agent. I drove to the sacramento area on a few occasions to look at homes and met twice with a Hispanic woman because [redacted] was not available. There was one home that I expressed interest in and as we moved forward I found [redacted]s professionalism to be lacking. [redacted] asked me to send a photo of a check written to him for 1000 dollars which I found to be odd seeing that we were not even close to writing up a contract for a home. I decided to put my home buying experience on hold because of [redacted]'s lack of understanding and professionalism on buying a home. Probably why home sales are down. Realtors like [redacted] who are unethical and possibly criminal acts could cause people like myself to shy away from buying a house. months passed and I was asked through [redacted] to write a review for [redacted] on their website so I did, and wrote the truth. This is what I wrote "I tried to work with [redacted] for several months as a realtor. I must say as a first time home buyer, stay away from [redacted] and his so called team. I had to make several trips up north so he could show one house to me, instead of lining up a few houses at a time. Besides that, I felt as though professionalism was non existent with this realtor. I had found a couple homes I was interested in and even got pre approved for a loan, but when it came to trying to purchase no help from the realtor. There are other reputable real estate people to purchase from. I can not recommend someone of poor quality like this!" [redacted] Responded: "[redacted], you were fired as a client. You were very borderline sexually harassing one of my team members and she was no longer comfortable showing you any houses. Do not contact my office again. Agents, be cautious of this creepy guy." I fund his response to be unfounded since I am a gay male and have been all of my life, why would I express a sexual harassing interest to a female? and Second of all how am I creepy when all I did was want t look at houses and buy oneDesired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for the few trips I took up north for gas and time that [redacted] has wasted. In the amount of 3500.00
