I am rejecting this response because:I have no intention of using their services in the futureA store credit would be useless

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

There was a misunderstanding between the customer and our advisor.  Our Service Manager spoke with Mr. [redacted] in person and everything has been rectified.

Our test results showed compression at 150 psi.  Leakdown testing showed 40% (not good should be less than 20%)The borescope test (where we look in the cylinders with a camera) showed scoring on the cylinder walls. With 188,000 miles and lack of service records showing oil changes...

this isn't surprising. With the excessive leakdown it would foul the spark plugs over time. Replacing them (tune-up) would solve the problem short term.We believe she will see the problem return, but we can't be sure how long that would take.We would like to issue the customer a credit for her $75.00 bill, that she could use toward her next service at Valley Imports.  As stated previously, her "rough running" issues will return eventually when the plugs foul again. Sincerely,, Jeff [redacted]General ManagerValley Imports
