We here at VIP are very fair and value both our clients and our tenants. When an inspection is completed and cleaning...
is needed in certain areas, we appreciate that the tenant cleaned the property to the best of their ability. Sometimes there is cleaning that is needed and is not a tenant charge. For example, grout dirty on tile. That is not the tenants responsibility as it falls under the category of being worn over a long period of time. This was all explained to the owner of the property in great detail.
