I went into Valley Kia of Fontana to look for a carI then met *** who helped me look around and then took a car out for a test driveAfter we had went inside to see what I would qualify for as a first time buyerHe then let me know that they would have to do a credit check to see how good or bad my score was, so I agreed to the credit score checkThe cars that he was trying to sell me were out of my price range so I had thanked him and leftThe next day I went to Citrus Kia of Ontario and I found a car that I liked so again I had to get my credit score checkedAfter I let the sales guy run my information he had come back to me and asked me if I had recently been somewhere else and I had said yes just yesterday I was at valley kia of FontanaHe then went on to tell me that they had ran my credit score different times which I had no idea about and I had never given consent to run it that many times, I was told they would run it once or twiceAgain he went on to tell me the

They ran my credit after I said several times that I didn’t want it ranI have a Sorento, I went in for routine maintenance and they wanted to put me in a SorentoI NEVER said that I wanted to buy the car, I NEVER agreed to a dealThere is no reason my credit now has a hard inquiry on itStay away from Valley KiaVery dishonestI will never be back!

The finance team tricked into an extra $in fees that we're not necessaryI was told I was approved for 4.9% and my payment would be around $per monthWhat I noticed in the loan agreement is that I was approved for 4.24% and they added and accessories charge and anti-theft both of which have about a 50% mark up so the *&I manager can pocket some cashWhen I questioned this I was told they could take away the anti-theft but it wouldn't change my payment because the interest rate would change to meet the payment they quotedI know from experience this is simy a lie and I verified it with another dealership's manager

I went into Valley Kia, on sHighland avenue, in Fontana, Calif#-###-####I was looking for a car that they advertised on the internet they postedThe sales person *** brought the car outI told him I would like to get the internet priceWell when I showed himHe went and got a manager name ***Ok they said that it was a typo and they cannot sell the car for thatSo I came home and called the suppose to bge ownerHe said that he was going to send me an internet retraction lf a Sutton letterHis name was *** ***I asked him for the owners name, he would not give it to me and said he is not going to argue with meI wasn't arguingI just asked for the owners nameI never for itThen he all of a sudden he tells me his name is ***I don't have time to play with themI have inquired about I tenet specials on cars all the time and they honed that priceBut unfortunately this internet price was a real big differenceThe car is a Kia CadenzaPr

I asked for the credit checks from Valley Kia to be removed from my credit history and that is what the business said they would do

I purchased a Kia Rio on July the check I wrote came back the finance manager contacted me and I advised her I sent a cashier's check and she said she would allow the check seven days to get there I had no heard anything from them until August 5th letting me know they had not received it I told them I had no t received it back and it was signed forOn August the car was impounded and they had South gate towing pick it up from ***'s tow yard on September I contacted Kia on the 7th and asked when I could get my personal belongings they said there were none in there I called the tow company they advised me that it was in there when dropping the car at Kia I called them back again daily the owner told me my stuff was bagged up but they had to find itI gave him my number and he never called I called again only to get hung up on told if I called again they would not give me anything I said I would go up there and they said they would call the policeAll my clo

We got a new van from Kia valley of Fontana the sale guy said the van came with heated seats the next day it was cold so we looked for the button their was none the sale guys said about times their was heated seats and that we would love themWe like the van but we were lied too and we want heated seats we do believe they switch the vans from want we saw to want we gotHe also said it came with a heated steering wheel

The business advertises a referral program in which the referring part is to receive $if the person they referred purchases a vehicleI have collected referral checks in the past as I have been a loyal customer and have referred several peopleThis past referral from early April was not paid out and the business is claiming it is not due to me despite their referral program still being effectiveThe business is also mistreating and threatening me for making attempts to collect the money that is justly due to me
