Very professional. Took down my palm tree and ground out the roots. Cleaned the site beautifully. Carlos is dependable and was on time, very knowledgeable, hard worker and easy to talk to. I will have him do more work for me in the future.

Valley Landscape Services has provided service for my yard for over a decade! They are reliable, affordable and efficient. I can always count on Carlos, the owner, to provide the best service for me. He responds instantly to everything from a broken sprinkler to a request for extra service. I have come to depend on that. So much so that I have counted on him to service each home I have lived in over the past decade. If you are looking for landscaping service, you don't need to look any further. I recommend him to everyone.

It's unfortunate that I could not go lower than one star. I have had 2 separate run in's with Carlos. Before you read them, please realize he cut my grass for close to a year. I never had any problems with him until the 2 instances below. I'm not one to bash anyone, but when circumstances came up for him to take ownership of because the damage was from him and his guys, he turned into someone else. Up to you if you still wish to use him, but below were both of my experiences to cause me to say I'm looking elsewhere:

3 mos ago I hired Carlos to cut down a tree for a rental property I own. They damaged the wall of the other tenants town home. I asked Carlos to come and fix it. It took him about a month but he did fix the wall. He said he would come back to paint and he never did.

Christmastime, he was scheduled to cut my grass at my home. I asked him to make sure his guys didn't move my Nativity Scene from the front lawn. When I came home I discovered it thrown against the wall and chipped. My light on the walkway was also damaged. Broke with a weed eater and the glass was still on the ground. Today, April 1st..Carlos finally replaced it. He offered to pay for the Nativity Scene today because he said he was "tired of hearing about it."

Valley landscaping is a very excellent service for any home owner to have. There men are always on time, they are very professional at what they do. This company would go out of their way in a heart beat to satisfy you in anyway they can. The owner Carlos D[redacted], would go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Very professional.
