Hi I contacted [redacted] via email and explained that her last email was found in my spam folder for junk mail and it was only after being contacted by the Revdex.com that I was able to determine what happened with her emailsI apologized for the issue and not being able to respond to her request in a timely mannerI also provided her with a [redacted] ground tracking # [redacted] and explained that I sent out two replacements instead of only one in an attempt to compensate her for the delay in receiving a replacementThank You Khyle
