Below is what I had sent to Amazon when we were trying to work this outThe printer was not packed correctly and all of the pictures were taken as we received and opened itAs you can see there was no packing on the top and the printer is coming out of the bottom and side of the boxBefore we understood the printer was not repairable we issued a $credit to the customer in good faith thinking it could be repaired but it is notWe still have it here if the customer would like it back in the condition it is in but it probably won't work correctly with all of the damage.If you need any more information, please let me know.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I am not sure a resolution can be reached. I am currently out of the country and away from my home since February 10th aND will not return until February 26th. I did indicate I will have my husband to look in our storage unit but we have not yet had a moment to do this. Not trying to give this compay the run around but will not be inconvenience either. We live in a small town and there is no Shipping company other than UDPS. If found, we have to drive them to the UPS facility that is 20 mins away. Bottom line, they issued threats, screamed in emails and filed an invalid claim with a credit agency when all along, legally this is their mistake and they need to stop acting like the victim and treating me as if I stole something from them.
