Where do I beginI scheduled a cleaning with their company owner, Ed, over the phone as well as negotiated a new rate with himWhen the day of the cleaning came, they were a no-showIrate, I called him up and asked what happenedHe said that he forgot and didn't put me on the calendarI said, okay fine let's rescheduleI also asked him if he would still honor the rate we originally talked about and he said that he never promised such a thing and that he didn't negotiate so I should find another cleaning company and hung up on me When I wrote a complained to the Revdex.com about this, he responded with that he only deals with these things via email and that he spent minutes talking to me about this and otherwise never heard from me at allThe funny thing was, I have call logs and email logs refuting his claimsSo here we are
