Valley Master Mason

This company did my house 6 years ago and did a great job but how quick things change when you get busy and DONT care about your clients you already have. 4 months age we ask them to fix our tub deck and polish a large Bbq top and 2 light stands done in Granite they installed. Job was given to them and we never asked for a price just get it done. as I said this started 4 Months ago to date they have missed 3 appointments ( never called just did not show up ) and on the fourth time one hour before they where to show up demanded a 50% deposit. As you can guess we told them we would find a new company to deal with. in closing I have been in construction for 37 years and the only places that ask for a deposit are Companys that don't know how to manage there own funds and ones that need your money to complete work for other jobs ( rob from peter to pay paul ) I would beware of this company.
