I have faxed in all information regarding charges from VMS I also faxed a copy of the bill/invoice I received from another company who came in and repaired all the problems with the brand new furnace The owner of VMS asking if pictures were taken of the furnace does not solve the problem VMS didn't install a drip leg which is city code so the furnace didn't meet the City requirements I had a replicable company come into my home to fix the issues with the furnace I incurred extra expenses because the furnace wasn't installed properly
