We reviewed your account.  Your initial purchase was on 10/08/16 and was during our sale.  Our policy clearly states no refunds after 30 days and no refunds period when we run our promotions.  The staff was simply following company policy.  With that being said,...

By far the best weight loss center in the Phoenix, AZ. They care about their patients more then just making a buck, like some of the other weight loss centers. I continue to recommend to anyonewho asks about my weightnloss; 30 lbs and counting.

In April of 2015, I was confronted by the doctor and told in order to continue the program I would need to lose no less than 1 full pound a week. That particular week I had lost .6 pounds. The doctor's tone was very threatening and included shaking a finger in my face. As of that date, I was averaging more than a pound lost per week. When I tried to explain this to the doctor, she continued to argue with me about having to lose 1 pound a week. I completed the program I had purchased to date at that time. I decided to return on 8/14/15 and completed the exam with the med tech when I was told that I would need to meet with the doctor, I was confronted again by the same physician I had an encounter with months before. She was very rude and short. She again stated that the only way I could continue the plan was if I lost 1 pound a week for 6 weeks. When asked what would happen if I did not, she told me I would not be allowed to continue the program. Again, the tone was very threatening. When I discussed this encounter with the front office personnel, I believed that we had resolved the issue at that time by suggesting that I do not come into the office on Fridays, the day that particular doctor worked, so that there would not be any future confrontations. On 8/19/15, I received a letter at my residence stating that I was no longer welcome in the facility. I had paid funds for the program the previous week. There was no discussion about the fees I had just paid in the last few days, nor a reason for such termination. When I called, no one was available to speak with me. I was later informed by the front desk personnel that due to the confrontations I had with the doctor, I was no longer welcome in the establishment. I was upset at the way I was spoken to by a doctor and even more surprised when I was asked not to return via a letter delivered US Mail. No one even attempted to reach out to me and ask my side of the story.

This experience has been life changing. I was at the worst health, high blood pressure, pain every time I moved. In three short weeks, I am down 11 pounds, my bp meds have been cut in half, and I am in less pain!
