Review: On 4/17/16 I call my roadside to get a lock out because my keys were locked in my 2012 [redacted] avenger, so they call a service provider (Valley Mountain Auto Service) and [redacted] the driver comes out and as he's unlocking my door he breaks my window. Then he tells me to go to his office 4/18/16 and he will have his guys put a new window in.
So I call [redacted] 4/18/16 and he says they are not going to take responsibility for it.
I do have pictures of him while he broke my window.Desired Settlement: I just want my window fixed.

Valley mountain auto repaint end my f350 crew cab this past month. Truck came out better than new. If you need repairs or body work done this is the only place to go.
Review: My insurance company paid over $9,500 to have my vehicle repaired. The shop said it would take 3-4 weeks. It has now been over 7 months and the shop is never open when I stop by and they never answer the phone. My car still isn't done and when I was able to see my car threw the window there was lumber, plywood and such leaning against my car scratching the paint.Desired Settlement: Refund of all the funds paid along with the car so I can have a good shop repair the vehicle
Business
Response:
Insurance company paid me. He did not. I called the BAR. The check was written out to Mercury Insurance Group and [redacted] is trying to commit insurance fraud. I already called Mercury Insurance Group. I have a contract with him and I am going after him for insurance fraud.

Response:
Consumer states: I have provided the written agreement between me and the company stating that the $7,272.99 would be returned to me. I have not received this amount.
Business
Response:
Company states: The funds were sent to Mercury Insurance Group. I have spoken with my attorney and he states that the document he has is null and void.
Consumer
Response:
I am rejecting this response because: The shop has provided no proof and with the long history of lies and bad business practices I do not believe he has sent the check or has an attorney. [redacted] from Mercury insurance ###-###-#### [redacted] ore-mail [redacted] has no record of an agreement for the amount to be returned by valley mountain. If valley mountain could please provide proof for ones that would help.
