Review: I have this company for residential propane delivery. Throughout the 3 years, I have been removed from their budget plan for not making payments (that I did make) & I've made payment by credit card that has not been credited for at least 7 days after making the payment.I called near the end of June 2015 to have my propane tank removed. At this time, I had propane in the tank and I was told that they would credit my acct for any remaining propane. My bill was approx $1k & I was instructed by the employee NOT to pay my entire bill since I was going to get credit when they got the tank. I was told to pay $600, which I did at that time. I was told the man who picked up the tanks was on vacation but would be returning the first week of July & they would be out the following week to pick up the tank.I never received a call and no one came to pick up the tank, which I was planning on when I was at home for a week of vacation mid July.Since then, I have received 3 bills with accumulating interest & now have received notice that if I do not pay immediately, then I will be turned over to collection. I've been waiting over 2 months for pick up, which was supposed to occur early July. I am now being threatened with collection action for a bill that I was told NOT to pay because it would mess up the credit I was getting for remaining propane.I spoke with Mike in the Uniontown office this morning saying that they came to look but can't remove it with their regular truck and they need to get someone else to do it, but it is going to be another two weeks at minimum. There is access to the tank from two locations - from the main roadway and also by driving directly up to the tank from driveway access. They have had plenty of notice to remove the tank, and I do not feel I should be penalized because it has taken this long for action. I was told summer was the slow time. I spoke with a woman from the Fairmont office this morning who said my account was not even marked for pickup. The longer this takes, the more hassle it will be to get my new tank installed since the closer it gets to cool weather, the busier they will be.Desired Settlement: I do not feel that I should have to pay accumulated interest since I was told it would be picked up. Prices have since dropped which means the credit I receive will be less than it would have been at the time, which means I will have to pay more than I should have. I also need the tank picked up ASAP so I can get a delivery and installation date set up with our new company.

[redacted]Incident# [redacted]I researched this customer’s complaint and found she has some legitimate issues. Some are questionable. I am working with a second party to remove the tank from her property and resolve any monetary refunds that she is entitled to. I am sorry it had gotten to this point. We strive to meet our customer’s expectations. Unfortunately this one wasn’t met.SincerelyMichael H**Site ManagerMatheson Gas[redacted]
