Hello, After speaking with the Maintenance Men, they informed me that many attempts were made to repair the a/c Freon was added and parts were added The a/c worked when they left but stopped working after a few days The resident did get upset at times because they were not able to put freon in the unit due to it was too cold (low temp) outside We ordered a new fan motor that got the a/c working great and we have not had any complaints from the resident If you have any further questions please email me at [redacted] @ [redacted] .comThank you, [redacted] Property Manager

After speaking with [redacted] a few times I have received a response today 4/26/2017. Spoke with [redacted] with [redacted] 800-319-1390 and he informed me that Policy#[redacted] was cancelled, along with everyone else on the property, when the property was sold Jan 2016.  He also informed me that...

the pay outs for the policies were sent to [redacted] (prev mgmt).  All residents should have been notified by [redacted].  I have no contact information for [redacted].  It is the responsibility of the prev resident to contact [redacted] in regards to the policy she purchased for them.  At this point I have no correspondence of any kind indicating if the prev resident received the payout or not.  If she has a different policy through a different company I will be more than happy to open a claim for her in regards to her move out fees.  At this time I am not able to adjust her amount or oprn any claims as to she had no coverage at time of move out. Thank you, [redacted]Community Director
