The homeowner signed the contract to have there roof sidedThe homeowners were aware of what they were signing and it looks like they know more than the average homeowner on contractors violations and codes with the state Lein waivers are not given until the job is paid, which in this case the job was not paid in full. With all due respect this letter is repetitive and we are not solving anything We will not be paying the homeowner any amount of money since we did the job and there are no issues with the siding on their home. This is our last response

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
We as homeowners did not sign a contract for our roof to be sided and there is no signed valid contract addressed to us as homeowners that is compliant with state regulationsAfter being ignored for a year and requesting documents from Bonney’s, it’s clear to us how poorly they conduct business and have no regard for their paying customers valid contract or not! As homeowners we have a right to request and be provided a lien waiver despite a bill being paid in full- any person can look this information up and know thisBonney’s as a contracting business should be providing homeowners with that same informationThey choose to ignore the law Bonney’s has no respect for their customers or business if they ignore requests for documents for over a yearWe as homeowners have had no resolve or been provided with what we have requested nor has the job been completed as we have informed Bonney’s.
Regards,

In July of the homeowner (Zachery ***) signed a contract from Bonney's Roofing and Home Improvements, LLC Not Bonney's Siding and Home improvements, LLC which the complaint states Also, we do have LLC status with the state of WisconsinMr*** received our name from a
customer whom we have done work for in the past, this was a referralWe have been doing busy for years and take pride in our work and workmanship most of our business is through referralsWe started Mr***'s job in August of 2016, he had paid $which was half down for the siding project We do not cash checks until we are on the job.I put on every piece of siding on, I also added house wrap at Mr***'s request which I supplied most of, this was not in the contract Rotten plywood on chimney was replaced and well as a cedar board on one corner that was bad I painted approximately linear feet of cedar corner boards to save homeowner the difficulty of trying to cut in after siding was on.I went above and beyond my contracted duties I am disappointed that Zack and Erica are tying to take advantage of the situation after all the work that was put into a large two story homeIn the complaint from the homeowner it states that Bonney's work crew peered into the window while the homeowner was bathing This was addressed at the time the homeowner claimed it happened and the worker was asked to move to a different area of the house The worker claimed he doesn't' peer into windows, he was concentrating on finishing the siding, yet this time after time kept on coming up in emails from Mr***, when we had already addressed the problem.I think as the homeowner knowing that there are contractors working on your home you would take necessary precautions Mr*** sent emails to Bonney's Roofing asking to forgive the extra's because his wife felt violated Mr*** seems to be using this as an excuse not to pay Bonney's the remaining balance. The signed contracted price was $7200.Received a check from Mr*** for $to start and $on completion.Mr*** asked to have a little more time to pay the balance, and I said sureTotal paid for the siding by Mr*** was $which leaves a balance of $on the contracted price $for extras Total balance is $for materials purchased such as caulk, cedar board, plywood, and house wrap Labor was approximately $@ 10hours @ $40.00per hour.I am not sure why Mr*** is asking for $It appears they want me to pay them for siding their house. To resolve:Pay the contracted price of $1500.00 Sincerely,James and Nancy ***
