Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] Let's start with their response being a lie I conduct no financial transactions onlineThis is my policy, I don't share financial information with anyone onlineI called this company in personThey used deceptive practices when convincing me too do business with themI was told that I would receive an email from them that I would then use to pimy tickets at Will callThis email never cameWhat they did send me was a request from a third party website that under their turms of survice wanted full access too my contact list of my phone also wanted full access to all of my social media sitesIt also wanted full access to my bank accountAnd if I refused too provide these things to the site I would not receive my ticketsI contacted the company I purchased the tickets from, [redacted] in so many words told me to go [redacted] myselfI went to another provider and purchased my tickets from themI now have paper tickets and these tickets didn't require my bank account to be held hostage to see a $showI'm requesting that this company refund my money and too stop immediately from their harassing emails and phone calls

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] After long discussions with valley of the sun, I found I was not going to get my concert ticket issue resolvedSo I contacted my local [redacted] outletWe verified that their website did in fact not require my direct bank account access, unlike the website that valley of the sun sent my tickets toWhile at [redacted] the only ticket provider for the concert I purchased my tickets for the show in personWe also check their website to variety if valley of the sun made the ticket transfer to their online sister siteWe were unable to locate said ticketsThe manager at [redacted] then took a look at the emails sent to me by valley of the sun, his response was I should not trust this company or the site they are attempting too send me to and I should immediately contact my credit card company and cancel my card and have a new one issued So in my response too valley of the sunThey stole the initial money transfer from my bank account, and may get away with theft today and in the future from other consumer's But I was wise enough too check the credit credentials of the fraudulent website They attempted too send me too before allowing full bank account accessAnd I will never allow this too be resolved with the Revdex.com so they will always have an open compliant at the Revdex.com, until said day that this fraudulent company changes their practices

We acknowledge the customer would like tickets at Will Call however that isn't what the customer ordered or what we have and have all documentation showing this The ticket transfer has been sent to the customer who acknowledges this If they choose not to accept them and attend the show that is their choice but we cannot alter our policy and the industry policy of All sales are final for this customer

On 6/15/3:MST we received an order placed by the customer online. The customer controlled all aspects of the purchase. We have attached order details and invoice to customer showing "Electronic Transfer" as delivery method, this was the ONLY method available and one the customer
selected online and agreed to when ordering.On 6/15/4:00pm MST we transfered the tickets to *** using *** *** Electronic Transfer which is the authorized ticket provider and only electronic transfer partner for *** *** *** *** ***To attend the show the customer just needs to "Accept" the tickets from *** *** and show up at the gate. The customer doesn't need to turn over ANY contacts, ANY account information or allow the venue to track them.On 6/16/at 7:58am MST the customer called requesting cancellation of their order, The customer was informed all sales are final per terms and conditions agreed to when orderingNo cancellations, refunds or exchanges except in the case the show being cancelled.On 6/16/at 9:02am MST the customer called saying they didn't get their tickets. At this time we recalled the transfer and resent it to customer in case they didn't see the email from *** ***, the request has been made and transfer confirmation attached.At this time the customer doesn't want Electronic Transfer tickets and would prefer they would be at Will Call. Unfortunately this is not an option, the customer ordered tickets for "Electronic Delivery", the tickets have been sent via this requested delivery method and all sales are final, no cancellations, refunds or exchanges.The customer controlled all aspects of the puchase online, choose and agreed to this delivery method and had to click the box that they agree to all terms and conditions with ALL SALES FINAL in bold lettering

8pt;">I have read the complaint from Mr*** regarding his
request for a carpet cleaning from renewing his lease. We do normally offer a value incentive at
renewal time, and often it is a free carpet shampoo. Typically, the shampoo is scheduled once the new
renewal lease is signed. The request to
have the carpet cleaned on the final day of his lease (his move out day) serves
no purpose for Mr***, and at this point of his lease, makes no sense. He will not be charged for cleaning his
carpet form his Security Deposit, as this is illegal, as long as there is no damage
beyond wear and tear. We will
shampoo the carpet when we turn the unit after he vacates the next day. It would be counterproductive to shampoo the
carpet twice during this process. If we shampoo
it before all the painters, maintenance staff, and the cleaners all do their
work, we would have to do it a second time prior to the next tenant moving
in. The carpet will be cleaned, as
promised, but it will be done during our turning process, and it will not be
done twice
It was not our intention not to honor our promise of a
renewal incentive, but to do it on the last day of Mr***’s occupancy, is not
the purpose of this offering. The
purpose and true value of the renewal incentive is to have our residents enjoy fresh,
clean carpet during their new lease term.
I am offering Mr***, in lieu of the carpet shampoo, a rent credit
of $50.00, which is equal to the initial renewal incentive of a free carpet
shampoo. At Mr***’s request, we
would be happy to provide this to himIf he has already paid his final month’s
rent, we include this $credit with the return of his Security Deposit
In regards to the apartment not being cleaned when Mr
*** first moved in, we have no documentation in his resident file showing
this. There was no MoInspection Form
returned to us, which indicates to us that there were no issues when Mr***
took occupancy If Mr*** has documentation
showing this concern, I would be happy to review this with him

This customer placed an order online for tickets for Janet Jackson at Key Arena in Seattle on 9/15/2015.  The tickets were shipped via FedEx and delivered/signed for on 9/21/2015. When placing the order online the customer is required to read and click that they accept the terms and...

conditions in order to place the order.  These terms and conditions include  All sales are finalSince tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to beissued.These policies are a secondary ticket market industry standard followed by all including industry leaders such as [redacted] and [redacted].On April 9th, Ticketmaster announced that this concert is POSTPONED and tickets will be valid at the rescheduled date.  In accordance with industry standards and the terms and conditions agreed to when placing the order the customer was informed of this.  She however demanded a refund which we informed her we do not provide for this instance as her tickets are valid at the rescheduled date.The customer has since filed a illegitimate dispute with her credit card company in an attempt to circumvent the all sales final policy, despite receiving her requested tickets.  Customer was informed that she will be responsible for any dispute fees as she agreed to when placing the order.Disputed ChargesUSER is responsible for any and all legal fees incurred by USER, FULFILLER, and/or SITE associated with USER'S disputed charges and chargebacks for purchases made on SITE. In no event will SITE or FULFILLER be responsible for such legal fees.At this time due to the customer's fraduelent dispute her bank has reversed her payment and is still in possession of tickets delivered which have now not been paid for.We will be providing all documentation to credit card company and dealing with them directly in order to reverse payment and will pursue all legal options to recoup payment from customer for the tickets she ordered and received.

I accept the offer as long as you will keep your promise get my security deposit back, I will be more than willing to meet with you and discuss, whiles living at the meadows I have referred 3 of my friends and they are currently staying there. Each one of them felt bad for me and one of them has always been treated unfairly by management so they all have lots of reasons not to renew their lease when it's up. Like I said the place is good and maintenance is good but management needs to step up .

There was a Move-In Inspection Form that we returned to your office it was delivered and since then we didn't hear anything from your office, I still have pictures from when I first moved in and am sure at this point you guys will never reveal that form. I have lived here for 3years and have never been late on paying rent or had any issues. The way your staff talk and treat me is so very unprofessional like I live in a section aid housing or something, my rent is already paid and that $50 dollars you are offering me I don't really need it. If I was told what you said about my carpet cleaning I wouldn't file a complain and its funny how you decided to ignore the whole smoking complains during my stay.
I give credit to your maintenance guys especially your after hours maintenance team they always respond on time even on holidays but your management don't care too much about your tenants.
I deserve an apology from [redacted] she has been so rude to be about everything at one point of time she refused to talk to me about the issue thats the main reason why I filed a complain with the Revdex.com, my wife is white when she goes to the office they treat her differently (positively) and whenever I go there me being an African with an accent they careless about me wished they knew how many degrees bagged already. To cut it short your staff should respect everyone regardless to age, race and country of origin we work hard and pay rent without us there is no Meadows .

Again, it was not our intention not to honor our promise

fresh, clean carpet during their new lease term.  I did offer Mr. [redacted] $50.00, in lieu of the
carpet shampoo, to be returned with his security deposit (which is equal to the
initial renewal incentive of a free carpet shampoo).  Mr. [redacted] rejected our offer of the $50.00
and stated he does not need the money. 
 
All office personal is trained on Fair Housing and
customer service on an ongoing basis.  The
accusation of unfair treatment is without merit.  I sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] if his experience
residing at The Meadows did not live up to his expectations.  We work hard every day to live up to the
expectations of our residents.  I would
be open to meeting with Mr. [redacted] to talk more about his experience if he so desires.
