Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The response from the vendor is poor, at bestDo I have to tell them to do an entry inspection each time I call about mice? This home was built by us brand new years agoThe point I am trying to make is that each visit was SUB-STANDARD serviceSetting traps is easyFinding a way to stop the entry is what I would be paying the fees forAnd to her point, I could not enter any date before the one I submittedThere were a total of visits over YearsEach time except the initial one, the service did not have them try to determine the source of where the mice are getting inSo if you don't fix the root cause, any person can put peanut butter on a mouse paper or other type of trap themselves to catch themI don't want them coming into my house, and there is no reason why they shouldSo when I paid them each and every time, it was SUB-STANDARD service for determining possible entry points.Their response is indicative of their attitude and customer service to deliver a service of quality.I am not surprised, but just sorely disappointed in their lack of customer service and delivery Regards, [redacted]

I have never in my life had someone come into my home and be so rude We needed a termite inspection for our refinance, and scheduled Valley Pest Control to come in and take care of it Well, they showed up minutes early (I know that it was exactly minutes because I texted my husband as soon as they got here) Normally I would say that I would be happier that someone arrived earlier rather than late, but in this case my kids and I had just came in the house from a dentist appointment & grocery shopping, and the be quite honest they were lucky we were even home Anyway, no big deal, but when I mentioned that they were quite early, the man (owner, I believe) wouldn't even acknowledge that I said anything So, they go ahead and go to the backyard to inspect outside, and then came back around front to continue the inspection They took off their shoes (always a huge plus!) and I let them in I obviously made a mistake, because I then mentioned again that I was glad I didn't miss them this morning, and they got here minutes early Should I have said something, in hindsight I guess not, but I wanted to be acknowledged He literally could have said something like 'yeah, we were running ahead this morning' or 'sorry about that.' I wasn't rude, but he may have taken it that way Anyway, he then looked at me and said 'do you want me to do the inspection or leave?' (or something VERY close to that) I said of course I do, I'm just saying that you were really early, that's all He went on to say I was wrong (I know for a fact that I was not), blah-blah, and proceeded to quickly put back on his shoes and rudely tell me that I could just call [redacted] and pay $as opposed to their $for our inspection, and that they do letters a week I'm glad to know that you get so much business that you can afford to treat customers this way Mind you, all of this was about feet away from my kids that were just in the other room, who asked me what was wrong and why I was so upset after the man left Perhaps I caught him on a very bad day, and maybe he even caught me on a bad day, but I'm months pregnant and with small kids my patience is pretty thin, especially when it comes to PAID professionals I actually use ***, and they were here just this morning for our monthly spray I would gladly pay them their higher fee, and they are never anything but kind and respectful when they come into my home

We feel that we have done everything possible we could for this customer and at this time Valley Pest Control does not feel that it owes Mr [redacted] $as he is requesting or that any? service was neglected by Valley Pest Control or its technicians

In response to Mr [redacted] customer statement of the problem:Mr [redacted] states thilt the date of the problem was 6/30/Valley Pest Control was out to Mr [redacted] 's home to treat the exterior and interior of the home for SpidersMr [redacted] did not mention when making the appointment that he was having a rodent problem or that he would like his home serviced for rodentsThe pest control technician who performed the service for spider control did check rodent equipment at Mr [redacted] 's home at no additional charge.Mr [redacted] did requet and have service for rodent on December 04th of at a charge of $Then on June 25th of Mr [redacted] was treated for Spiders on both the exterior and interior of his home and attached and detached garages at a charge of $at his requestHe did not request rodent control at the time he made this appointment with Valley Pest Control nor was he charged for itAt the time of the June 25th service the Valley Pest Control service technician did however check and service the rodent equipment at Mr [redacted] 's home free of chargeOn September 10th Valley Pest Control performed a follow up service for Insects on the interior and exterior of his home as well as an initial inspection and rodent service at the discounted rate of $200.00.Valley Pest Control offers half-price follow up services for any services preformed inside anytime within months of the initial treatment as products for insect control break down over time and rodent problems often take more than one treatment and at times require closure of areas where rodents can get into the home by the home owner in order to be sure rodents cannot re-infestOn January 30th of a follow up treatment was performed at Mr [redacted] 's home by Valley Pest Control for $Mr [redacted] did not complain or mention any rodent problems or unhappiness with Valley Pest Controls' service until December 23rd after past due notices and a final notice were received and he called Valley Pest Control to pay for his June 30th Spider controlMr [redacted] was told at that time that if he had called earlier Valley Pest Control would have come out to take care of whatever problem that he was having as is the company's policy for all customers and service rendered. In response to Mr [redacted] expectation that "at each visit the source of entry be determined to see if anything was different", Valley Pest Control would have been glad to do so if asked and payed for the inspection service to be performed at each visit. At this time Valley Pest Control does not feel that it owes Mr [redacted] $as he is requesting or that any service was neglected by Valley Pest Control or its technicians.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have never in my life had someone come into my home and be so rude. We needed a termite inspection for our refinance, and scheduled Valley Pest Control to come in and take care of it. Well, they showed up 30 minutes early (I know that it was exactly 30 minutes because I texted my husband as soon as they got here). Normally I would say that I would be happier that someone arrived earlier rather than late, but in this case my 3 kids and I had just came in the house from a dentist appointment & grocery shopping, and the be quite honest they were lucky we were even home. Anyway, no big deal, but when I mentioned that they were quite early, the man (owner, I believe) wouldn't even acknowledge that I said anything. So, they go ahead and go to the backyard to inspect outside, and then came back around front to continue the inspection. They took off their shoes (always a huge plus!) and I let them in. He went on to say I was wrong (I know for a fact that I was not), blah-blah, and proceeded to quickly put back on his shoes and rudely tell me that I could just call [redacted] and pay $150 as opposed to their $45 for our inspection, and that they do 100 letters a week. I'm glad to know that you get so much business that you can afford to treat customers this way. Mind you, all of this was about 10 feet away from my 3 kids that were just in the other room, who asked me what was wrong and why I was so upset after the man left. Perhaps I caught him on a very bad day, and maybe he even caught me on a bad day, but I'm 8 months pregnant and with 3 small kids my patience is pretty thin, especially when it comes to PAID professionals. I actually use [redacted], and they were here just this morning for our monthly spray. I would gladly pay them their higher fee, and they are never anything but kind and respectful when they come into my home.

Horrible workmanship, Paid $3000 to have a sump pump installed, when it wouldn't drain into the pump they installed a 2nd one. Instead of using a basin they took a 5 gallon bucket and cut slits in it to allow the water in. Trouble is the bucket is not big enough to allow the pump float to operate correctly. The electrical work done for the pumps and vents would never pass code. My crawlspace is in worse condition now than before they started.
