According to the email correspondence *** and my administrative assistant exchanged (several), there were only two rides his daughter was told she was not to go on. The fair’s wristbands enable a fair patron unlimited rides for any one day they choose to come to the
fair. My assistant told *** there were rides that his daughter could ride by herself and rides she could go on with an adult. We are assuming his daughter enjoyed riding all the other rides while she was at the fair, since the Water Log Flume and the Scrambler were the only two rides *** had a concern with. The fair is willing to issue *** a $refund on his daughter’s wristband for the Water Log Flume and Scrambler. Both of these rides required five tickets each. If *** wants to come by the Administration office at Glenwood, we would be glad to give him $cash
