to the other side of the wellThe truck did make ruts that we hand filled inAgain, she was present and did not show that is was not fixed to her satisfactionThe work was performed on 6/19/and the complaint came in on 9/8/I never received any phone calls after the service was performed

Regards,
*** *** [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]I am responding to the business reply in which there are a couple of untrue statements.#1 The crew of two young men who performed the work, moved the truck without discussing it with me. There was NEVER a mention of the power line at all to me before or after the work was done. I have a witness to any conversation, and would be glad to provide her information as necessary.#2 I was aware of the ruts when the work was finished and requested that they attempt to repair the damage. They asked if I had a shovel and I did not. I observed them using a small board to move some dirt around and expected them to return to finish filling in. I stated I would call the office, state my concerns and ask when they dug a well in the area, they would fill it in. It seemed we all agreed that such would be a easy solution and not a large inconvenience to the company.#3 I called the office a day or two later requesting to talk to the owner. The call was taken by a female I assumed to be a secretary. I explained that I needed to discuss the damage left in the year of the cabin as being the purpose of my callShe put me on hold and contacted Robert. She came back on the line and said that Robert was busy and that he would call back shortly and he never did. Since the time of the work, various visitors have encouraged me to contact the Revdex.com as they all agreed that leaving such a deeply rutted area was unacceptable and thus my complaint.Should you like pictures of the damage, I would be pleased to provide them. This complaint does not involve money. I just believe that people should act honorably, do the right thing and respect those they serve

In response to your complaint about the "ruts" left, I will again offer an explanationWell and pump work involves HEAVY WORK which requires HEAVY EQUIPMENT and is usually done in an area of NON-LANDSCAPED and ROUGH TERRAIN, this is the case where your well is locatedDue to the nature of the work, some evidence of the equipment used on the grounds surface exists, The work performed requires HEAVY EQUIPMENT useA practice of Attaching landscaping work to the well and pump work is not an option that is usedHowever if you would like we can contact an excavation and landscape company to erase the imprints left from our equipment at an Additional costOur company has no reason nor past practice of intentionally damaging land or personal property during the course of our work
I can assure you that how we performed the work at your well site, as well as our other customers, was completed from the most advantageous and SAFE positionWith overhead power lines to one side of the well our crew chose the only safe side
Again we perform HEAVY WORK with HEAVY EQUIPMENT tire imprints may result due to soft soilAny and all paperwork you receive pre or post job states that the Access and Egress must be provided by client

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not intend to pursue this further as it is impossible to have a discussion with this company. My concern for the insensitive attitude displayed in the lack of a return phone call to advise me of an estimate of the work, the unreturned phone call made regarding my post work concern, as well as the lack of response to my letter of said concern mailed after receipt of your billing, shows the level of importance placed on customer service.. Just so it is clear to any reader, this was not a well installation but rather the "pulling" of an existing well" to check for patency. Really, I do understand a truck getting stuck and working the rig back and forth to avoid the cost of a tow. The deep rut damage from these efforts are unfortunate. I would have however appreciated some common courtesy as to my concerns rather than being totally ignored. This is the true essence of the complaint.
