Review: Employee [redacted] of Valley Redwood Inc.(retail materials division, not contracting division) damaged my truck while loading rock in the truck bed. He slammed the truck bed of my 2015 [redacted] Silverado in a way that caused the tailgate to disengage. The tailgate fell onto the bumper dangling only from the electrical wiring causing a sizeable dent on the rear tailgate as well. He took responsibility for the damage, but on-site manager Curt Lane refused to cooperate. He would not supply the insurance policy and full name of the employee - [redacted]. I needed this information in order to file a claim with my personal automobile insurance company.Desired Settlement: Repair the dent on my new truck. Will also file an auto insurance claim.
