This further supports my complaint that the customer service is very poorWho states to a customer, that they need to stop "looking for problems." This is a customer service issue and I am not the person to whom they are referring to, in their textI have never spoken to nor worked with anyone in this company prior to the phone call to the assistant, [redacted] A conversation that consisted of condescending tone and she calling the people here and myself, "you people" [redacted] on [redacted] does not owe any money to this companyThe Manager; ***, who seems to be the only pleasant person working there, stated that there was no balance due at the time of his visitHe also recognized that the door slide did not completely retract and therefore needs to be manually closed which is being done I stand firm and further convinced that this business is comprised of very poorly fitted individuals who will surly give the business a bad nameI am sure to pass on my one experience to everyone I know We will never do or refer to this business againBetter communication with your Manager would make for better service as well

[redacted] I’m responding to the concern that you forwarded to me earlier this week ID [redacted] Looking into this I would like to forward you the facts surrounding these concerns Please review the following and let me know if you need anything else· Valley Refrigeration was called by this customer on 12/26/regarding several pieces of equipment and an ice machine that they wanted us to look at · Valley Refrigeration did preform work at the site in question different times from 12/26/to 1/28/on equipment at this location In the first service call it was discovered that a door on a piece of equipment was being left open by the customer which did not allowing the equipment to work properly The customer refused to pay for the service call on the 12/but did sign off out the service ticket Valley Refrigeration as per policy ran the Credit Card on file for the service dated 12/due to having a signature from the customer The service done on 1/the customer refused to sign or pay for that service ticket.· On 1/28/the customer called requesting service and informed us that they were not going to sign or pay for that service as well She was informed that due to not paying the COD and refusing to sign for the last service ticket that they we would not dispatch service until this was resolved (“ not dealing with you people”) there words not ours· Knowing the problem at hand was not truly a service issues Valley sent our Service Manager down to hopefully resolve and allow them to better understand what the issues was [redacted] Geis had scheduled other appointments with this customer which they were no shows both times prior to this.· When [redacted] arrived he was told by the customer that the equipment door in questions was never left open but when [redacted] and the customer walk the site the equipment door stood wide open and were informed by kitchen help that it was always open.Desired Settlement: This customers’ needs to keep the door to the equipment closed as requiredPay the last service tickets that they owe Valley RefrigerationQuit looking for problems that are not there Brian Ewing###-###-####

On January 13th we Valley installed a new condensing unit for [redacted] At the time of installation it was noted by our Installation manager that there were existing fan motors that needed to be replaced at the time of the condenser was installed, which were not part of the scope of the work we were contracted to doThe customer declined to have us replace at that timeCustomer was informed that due to the bad fan motors that he would/could experience icing of the condenser if not replacedValley was never informed by customer of any issues that they were having with unit until we received this complaintValley warrants all of their work and if the condensing unit itself was faulty it would have also been covered by warrantyValley can not refund money for work we did not preform
