Valley Septic Reviews (1)

Review: During the escrow of our new home, Valley Septic was charged to install a "riser" over the septic tank due to the water table. They installed it without sealing it so the septic tank filled up. They happened to be called to pump it. We found out after they had installed the risers and the water is flowing into the septic tank. The risers were not sealed at all and this caused the overflow of the septic tank. The previous owners and other contractors have confirmed that the risers were not installed right and since there was no previous septic tank full issue, the risers contributed greatly to the septic tank filling up. This issue (risers installation) needs to be completed properly and sealed.Desired Settlement: Seal the current risers or replace with risers that can be sealed mechanically from the outside with flange to properly seal it so we don't have another filled septic tank when it rains heavy. Additionally we paid $800 to have the septic tank pumped when they knew that the risers were not sealed properly, I would like to submit for a

refund for the $800 or next pumping (if needed) free.
