I am rejecting this response because:We can not view this matter as resolved until we have notarized proof that the mechanic's lien against our property has been released and properly filed with the County, and the building permit has been closed out

I am rejecting this response because:Yes it its leaking around these items but had the work been executed properly and the seals made around the items extending through the roof there would be no leakingA three year old roof should have the roof warranty honored

***,I have attached copies of all contract and proposal documents including our concrete warranty and the final walk thru that you signed off on as being satisfiedI would like to say first of all, Yes I apologize for the poor management involved in this projectI sincerely do apologize and acknowledge that my Production Manager had failed your expectationsWith that I am going to offer you the 10% refund to you for your inconvenienceWith that being said, I would like to clear up a couple misunderstanding regarding your Statement provided for this complaint1) No written proposal for project was received as promised....I have attached a copy for you.2) Lack of communication between general and sub-contractor.....Yes there was some lack of communication that I agree to but we ultimately scheduled the work, the subs may have contacted you for verification of start days, times, working hours, etc3) Conflicting information provided to homeowner timeline and road restrictions...We signed a contract on March 14th and Road Restrictions were lifted April 15th and we started work the following weekDon't know what is conflicting4) Multiple quality problems...All work has passed inspections.5) Concrete cracked within weeks after install....please see concrete warranty attachedA crack is not considered warrant-able until it has reached 1/4" in width or heightHairline cracks are not a warranty issueAlthough, we will repair if we can6) Incorrect building permit obtained....Correct building permit was obtained for initial scope of work, scope of work was changed during the process and was overlooked to change permitI will offer a 10% refund if complaint is closed and homeowner agrees to not review on any other website

A leak has occurred from wind driven rain into a roof ventThis item is not a warrant able issueI will offer to come out to replace the Roof Vent to see if it is fact the vent is a defective productIf the vent stops leaking after that point, with a period of to factor weatherAntonsen
Construction will pursue the Manufacturer of the vent for warranty repairs of the ceilingOnly at that time if there is a Manufacturer's Warranty Claim we would then fix the repairs to the ceiling

A crack is not considered warrant-able until it has reached 1/4" in width or height. Hairline cracks are not a warranty issue. Although, we will repair if we can. 6) Incorrect building permit obtained....Correct building permit was obtained for initial scope of work, scope of work was changed during the process and was overlooked to change permit. I will offer a 10% refund if complaint is closed and homeowner agrees to not review on any other website.

We have retained an Attorney to negotiate payment arrangements.
