Valley Sleep Center

I started with Valley Sleep center in 2021.
I never start anything without asking if my insurance will cover procedures and ask if they have checked with insurance. I was told at the time that all was good insurance was good and today 4/18/2023 I get a bill for equipment rental. I called and Valley Sleep Center billing blamed it on my secondary insurance. I asked 2 years later you want to bill me when clearly it was Valley Sleep center billing center and NOT my insurance. Yes, I'm angry about this. I have every right to be. I feel like taking all my equipment and telling here is your stuff...good bye I will be posting on FB,Twit etc

My cardiologist suggested that I go through a sleep studyI had not been diagnosed with sleep apnea, but I had been tired for many yearsThe sleep study at Valley Sleep Center was as pleasant as it could be, in a beautiful bedroomTheir staff was amazingly accommodating and helpfulMy results were stunning to meOn average, I had sleep disturbances per hour! No wonder I was tired! I started using a CPAP machine and recently had my 3-month review of resultsAs the doctor told me, "Your report couldn't be better." I went from sleep disturbances per hour to less than ONE per hourValley Sleep Center knows their stuffI highly recommend them and their amazing staff!

I have emailed Mr*** requesting the patient's Date of Birth and let him know that I would get back to him today.If we see a patient out of network we always just accept what the insurance pays or offer a cash price This is most likely a misunderstanding.Thank

I highly recommend them and their amazing staff!
