rude, and disrespectful. She hung up the phone and came back the next day with her dad yelling and screaming about the money order. If anyone receives a [redacted] transfer they are issued a money order, and we offer to cash the money order with a 3% fee, or they can take the money order to their bank and cash it for free. the machine doesn't issue cash, it prints a money order for the customer under their name. its all Confirmed by Drivers license.
