appt.) that were purchased by the customer elsewhere, not from Valley Tire August 29, Scheduled to put on brush guard and fender flairs that customer purchased elsewhere alsoBrush guard was put onThe customer was told at the end of this appointment that the fender flairs were not fitting properly and should be returned to the manufacturer and that professionally modified fitted flairs should be put on After this appointment, the customer came back and said we scratched his pick-upWe could not verify that we did the damage, but to rectify the situation we offered to install a pre-fabricated set made specifically for his model of truck, for our cost of $He said he didn't have the money to do that, so we installed his previously purchased flairs to cover the scratches to the best of our ability, at no cost to him, knowing the flairs didn't have the proper fittingHe agreed to that September 7, Fender Flairs were put on to cover the scratchesThere was no charge to the customer for this four hour appointmentMr*** seemed happy with the fenders when he came to pick up his vehicle September 12, One of the fender flairs needed to be repositioned and a small rubber piece needed fixingAgain, there was no charge to the customerThere was no mention of dissatisfaction We heard nothing of his dissatisfaction until receiving an email from our corporate office on September 13, We would have appreciated him coming to us first with his complaints Please note that the total amount spent at Valley Tire was $and the brush guard, fender flairs, and wheel spacers were not purchased from Valley Tire Respectfully, *** ***, Owner
