Even though our policy is “No refunds, no exchanges,” since the employee he purchased it from is no longer employed by us, I offered to give him fifty per cent off another purchase when I returned from Los Angeles on May 27, to which he agreed to at that timeWhen I returned he stated he did not like anything I had in the storeThe offer is still valid if he would like to accept itCould you please respond by e-mail [email protected] you,

Review: I purchased a device that ended up being defective and when I took it back to the store I was told to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer informed me that I had purchased a counterfeit. When I took it back to the store I was told that a refund or exchange was not an option despite my long-standing as a customer and countless purchases. The owner admitted to knowing he was purchasing and selling counterfeit items to increase his profit margins and that dissatisfied customers were simply out of luck. Had I been informed prior that the device was a "replica" I would not have made the purchase in the first place.Desired Settlement: Issue a refund for the total amount of the defective device in the amount of $69.99+tax
