I am rejecting this response because: everything they stated is wrongFirst it was miles over not like they statedHow do they get $from x anyway just shows they are giving statementsAlso modernized where did they get that power word don't they know duplicate was invented back in the 50's ? Black and white the miles were over @ $per mile they were owed $the driver demanded $I paid $they owe me the balance.? ?

The matter is being looked into with National AutomobileWe receive the information from the provider so it starts with themWe have documentation stating that the customer had miles in overages and per our contracted rate we charge them dollars per mileWe were also given a different address
then what she provided to youSo when she changed the destination and she already had overages we just run to check the additional mileageAnd based on the change there was miles more to herWe do not provide a copy because we use single receipts and this is the information age and she could have used her phone unless she is not modernized, we also gave the option of mailing and faxing which she failed to mentionSo again she needs to contact her provider because the mistake started with them

We will no longer be responding to this complaint we have documentation regarding the initial overages and the driver calculation for additional mileage collectedWe have contacted their provider regarding this matter, please take it up with them

The matter is being looked into with National Automobile. We receive the information from the provider so it starts with them. We have documentation stating that the customer had 9 miles in overages and per our contracted rate we charge them 5 dollars per mile. We were also given a different address...

then what she provided to you. So when she changed the destination and she already had overages we just run to check the additional mileage. And based on the change there was 3 miles more to her. We do not provide a copy because we use single receipts and this is the information age and she could have used her phone unless she is not modernized, we also gave the option of mailing and faxing which she failed to mention. So again she needs to contact her provider because the mistake started with them.

Driver "Chris" and companion "Tiffany" were dispatched by my insurance company road service in response to my call for a tow truck when a ball joint on my truck failed. I am writing to express my appreciation and in recognition of their excellent performance. Driver Chris went "above and beyond" , spending a great deal of both time and effort to pick up and deliver my truck without incurring further damage to the suspension or to the body. I have a fair amount of experience working on and transporting cars, both drive-able and disabled; enough to know that most tow truck drivers wouldn't have taken near the amount of trouble that Chris did in transporting my truck in far-from-optimal circumstances. And for a price less than half what the dispatcher warned me I might be charged. Chris, Tiffany, I salute you and thank you for exemplary work. Keep it up!
