[redacted] If I am the owner of the property and not there at the time someone outside of my control in structure driver to park in an area and he become stock how could this be possible that I am responsible for the driver been stuck. If you tell someone to jump off a cliff and they do it are you responsible? Better yet if someone is standing on your property and tell someone to jump off a cliff is the property owner responsible? This makes no sense

The additional hangers Mr. [redacted] is referring to are hangers for beams and other framing members, which were never included in our estimate.  We do not sell or supply beams or framing material and therefore, do not supply the hangers needed for them.  The hangers we supply are for truss to...

truss and truss to beam connections only, which is the standard for the truss industry.  He received these hangers.When our delivery truck arrived at his jobsite, our driver was instructed where to drop the trusses.  Our driver voiced his concern at the location and stated he thought he would get stuck and suggested a different location.  But was told that is where the trusses had to be, so he tried.  Unfortunately, as he thought, he got stuck.  We then had to call a wrecker to come and tow us out.  The wrecker bill was more than the hanger budget difference and we did not ask him to cover the additional.
