I have sent this customer [redacted] a refund check of &177.18 for the return of her vacuum. I explained to her in a letter that it was 100 percent my fault that there was a delay. There were some actual excuses that were true, but not a good excuse for me forgetting or spacing it off due to...
personal reasons. Sorry for the delay at getting back to the B.B.B. I don't check my mail everyday so sometimes I will go up to 10 days. I will check it more often because, I was not trying to ignore anyone.
