I think *** needs to look at the paperwork she has attached here, it clearly says our dogs age is and she even underlines that if the dog is years or older the more expensive lab work applies, so why are you scamming us *** our dog is not 8, what because you have a signed authorization and pulled a quick one on us by not explaining or stating any of this when the authorization was signedThis company is very untrustworthyEveryone can see clearly on here what you did, I know it's hard for you to own up to thisKeep your bonus of extra money, you and the company need itPlease everyone watch out for this shady , scamming company and don't put your trust in them

[Again this vet did very shady business they charged 116.70 for labs when the estimate said charges for labs would be no more than 59.50. Bottom line the dog was examined on 8/14/15 they knew the dogs age at that time when the estimate was done , so don't say the difference in the lab amount is because of the dogs age . Yes an authorization was signed and as you can see by the copy they put a paw print over the lab amount we thought we were being charged and an x beside the more expensive labs and the staff just said to sign the paper did not explain they would charge double on the labs see the estimate that [redacted] has attached says 59.50  most for lab charges also read the bottom charges may differ due to an extended hospital stay  or unexpected complication not because we did the estimate up incorrectly and decided to charge double for labs. Shady business . Beware of how they may take advantage of you]

paying for services rendered. The credit card was on record from the client and ran for the balance owed on 1/2/2015. Client disputed and won the claim and the Valley View account was adjusted on 3/10/15 when instructed to do so by merchant services. The client's "bank of record" should be the party to refund any Over Draft fees especially since the client can produce documents supporting her claim of dispute and the fact she won. Client states we refunded 3 of the 15. We declined her request and refunded zero. Client still owes Valley View Animal Hospital for services rendered. Turned over to Collection Agency for $487.01 less billing/interest = $313.40.   Thank you for your attention to this matter.
