I have a Home Warranty agreementReeder Service was the only business in my area (told to me by Home Warranty reps) who would be the service tech to give a report on my rusted out, broken boiler I set up an appointment for them to come outThey told me someone needed to be at my house from 10am -5pmI had my parents come out and they sat in my house from am until 5pmI called Reeder several times to find out the status on my service visit I was told that someone would be there before 4:30pmNo one ever showed upI called at 5:to find out where this person was and I was told I was going to get a callNo one ever called meI called again at 5:No one calledI called again at 5:and they said someone was definitely going to callThey should of calledNo one called or came out for the service callThe people answering the phone told me the owner then was going to call me no one ever calledNo one ever came outI will be reporting them and *** *** to the Revdex.com today!
I have a home warranty and called them to come out for my furnace. They came out to fix the fan because the furnace worksand when it hits the desired temperature fan does not stop and after the furnace cools down the fan still works blowing cold air. So they changed a part and I had the same problem. I called again. They came back and they said yes the part we put in is not compatible becuase the original part is obsolete. So I asked them do you expect me to wake up in the middle of the night and turn the fan on and off??? If that is the case then dont put in your report that furnace works. On top of it all the office people and the tech has attitude problem. I may be frustrated and difficult but at the end I am the customer. People have choices. When the tech came in I was at work and according to my wife when I was talking to him on the phone he was rolling his eyes and getting annoyed. I hope he does not keep his job because technically and personally that person should not have a job.
