Valley View Real Estate, L.L.C.

I have not received my promised security deposit after moving out of a rented loft in August 2012.
I have emails from representatives of Valley View pledging a return of my security deposit after I cooperated in finding a new renter for the loft unit at 380 West 200 South #306, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 that I was previously occupying. Conversations with principals of the firm thereafter have suggested "the check is in the mail." They are now unresponsive and do not appear to be acting in good faith.
I request the entire amount returned, as I have affidavits from the new tenants that the unit was not cleaned, painted, or otherwise touched between my departure and their arrival.
