I'm attaching the work order *** * *** sign and he was told the charges and agree to pay until November he was send an invoice then he call our office which he spoke with the assistant manager which she speaks English I don't understand why *** states no one in the company speaks English
everyone does speak Englishthe owner allowed *** to pay until November his helping *** by giving him a month to pay when the pay period for an invoice is weeks and *** express himself very wrong about the owner as well as valleys water employees

Valley Water is responding to the following complain regarding Mrs. [redacted] [redacted] Customer [redacted] has been talking with [redacted] as well as with [redacted] many times, they have always been patient and polite even though Mrs. [redacted] is a little rude. the technician's had car problems. Mrs. [redacted] was...

called and advise about the situation we gave her a discount, She always calls demanding an appointment at her time and date we try to work with her schedule. we are here always to serve and help our customers. In regards to this matter valley water has been trying to resolve this matter, at no point have we refuse to commanded our customers demands. we understand her frustration and apologize for the inconvenience because we are not refusing or failing to resolve the matter. We are not willing to refund anything since we did have the technician arriving to his appointment and did his job.

I am rejecting this response because: I never received a call. As a busines that cares about a customer, will try to make several attempts to get a hold of the customer and not just assume that the message was received and wait for the customer to return the call. Since my complaint was not taken seriously by Valley Water, I had contacted another company in which they came to my home to fix the problem. There was 2 problems with the water system. The reason why the water tasted bad was do to a bad membrane and the time clock on the water softener system was in bypass. The new company change the membrane and fix the time clock and now all is working fine and my water taste great. They did charge me $150.91 for a new membrane + labor to fix my problem.Valley Water has failed to come in an resolved my issue and contact me. Not only they had installed a bad membrane but they turn off my water softener system. A little over three months not filtering my water in my entire home has caused me dry skin, irritation in my complete face, eyes and scalp. Spending a lot of money in bottle of waters for drinking and cooking plus personal hygiene products. I'm super sensitive with my skin and with my water system not working properly, this cost me a lot of money. If this is not resolve by end of month of February, than I will take this case to court and sue this company and let the judge decide. I have lots of proof and Valley Water will loose more than what I paid to them for the bad service I've received.
